Delivery Information

At Cabinet Mart, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping policies below for detailed information about our delivery process.

Confirmations

Confirmations will be sent within hours of order, if you

do not receive your confirmation with in 24 hours, call 417.799.0297.

Shipping Methods

We utilize professional freight carriers. All shipments are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Delivery Timeframes

Moulding orders typically ship within 2-3 weeks from the order date. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. This will allow you to monitor your shipment and prepare for delivery.

Damaged Shipments

Cabinet Mart will handle freight claims, we ask that

you note all damage on the BOL and take pictures of all damage.

Late or Missing Deliveries

If your delivery doesn’t arrive as scheduled, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment and provide updates.
